3. How To Enter The Contest: During the Contest Period, you may enter online when you visit www.lifecantwait.com (the “Contest Website”), clicking on the promotion link, registering with myspace.com or logging in to myspace.com if you already have an account, uploading an original photo of yourself and submitting an original story in 1499 characters or less that captures your “life can’t wait” moment (the “Entry or Entry Material”). A Life Can't Wait moment is a time when you made an inspirational goal or dream happen. Your original photo must be submitted from your myspace.com photo gallery. You, the entrant, must be the only person featured in the photo. The Entry must: 1) be complete to be eligible; 2) include a color photo of you the entrant (.jpeg or .gif files), no larger than 4” x 6” in size (and no larger than 5MB in file size) and represent your “life can’t wait” moment. Directions will be provided online for the format requirements and uploading instructions for your photo submission; 3) include a photo that is the property of the entrant or for which entrant has written consent to submit from the photographer; 4) include a photo uploaded in accordance with the specifications set forth at the Contest Website. Submitted Entries (or portions thereof) may be posted on the Contest Website after they have been screened. Any Entry deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor’s sole discretion will be disqualified and may be removed from the Contest Website at any time. Any Entry Material or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, contains any proper names, third party materials, or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and may disqualify the entrant. Therefore, clothing worn in the photo should not contain any visible logos, drawings, cartoons, phrases, trademarks or other third-party materials. All Entry material must be original to the entrant. Entrants may not copy or otherwise plagiarize the Entry Material from any source. Any digital photo that is not of satisfactory quality (i.e., brightness, focus, etc.) will likely be rejected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine whether a photo qualifies as an Entry. Any Entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules and those of the Contest Website will be disqualified. If, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Entry appears to have resulted in any injury or bodily harm, it will likely be rejected. Photos and stories must be in keeping with Sponsor's image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, the photo or story will not be posted online and will be disqualified from the Contest. All Entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrants’ online service will apply. Limit one Entry per person. Duplicate or multiple Entries will automatically be disqualified. No information regarding Entries or judging, other than as otherwise set forth in the Official Rules will be disclosed.

4. Judging: All Entries will be judged on or about March 13, 2008 under the supervision of Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization, based on the following criteria: How story inspires others to make life happen (25%); Most compelling story (25%); Most unique experience as described in story (25%); and Entrant’s compatibility with SunSilk brand image (as depicted in Entry photo) (25%), to determine a Sponsor-selected amount of entries, minimum of 20 U.S. and 5 Canadian entries (“Semi-Finalists”). The Semi-Finalists will need to be available beginning 9:00 a.m. ET-5:00 p.m. ET 3/14/08 and 3/21/08 for a phone interview. The Semi-Finalists responses during the phone interview will be judged to determine twenty (20) U.S. Finalists and five (5) Canadian Finalists based on the following criteria: Content (25%), Enthusiasm (25%), Perceived interest in promotion (25%) and Clarity of expression (25%). The 25 Finalists will receive a trip to New York City, NY, on or about 4/3/08 – 4/7/08, where they will be required to make a video (30 seconds to 1 minute long) describing their “life can’t wait” moment. All videos become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Finalists’ videos will then be posted on the Contest Website to be viewed by the general public who will be asked to vote for the Entry they like the best and believe should win the Grand Prize. Sponsor will then rejudge the 25 eligible Finalists based on the above criteria. The community vote will determine 30% of entrant’s final score and Sponsor’s judging score will determine 70% of Finalist’s final score. The Entry with the top overall score will win the Grand Prize. In the event of a tie during the judges’ phase or after the entrants’ scores have been tabulated, tied entries will be rejudged by the judges based solely on How story inspires others to make life happen. Judges’ decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

5. Voting: The public voting will take place between 4:00 p.m. PST on April 28, 2008 and 4:00 p.m. PST on May 12, 2008 (“Voting Period”), by accessing the Contest Website and following the voting instructions. Individuals must be 18 years or older to vote. Any votes submitted before 4:00 p.m. PST on April 28, 2008 or after 4:00 p.m. PST on May 12, 2008 will be disqualified.
